Secret Admirer???

So last Friday I was minding my own business at work when....
One of my front staff said I had a deliver.
I assumed it was work related.
Only it was this...

The card attached had this...

Ummmm okay.
No name.
No initial.
Nothing.


So for now it's a mystery.
Who could it be from?
Maybe MrMD?
Maybe MrInvestor?
Maybe MrDentist? How did that slip in there?
Isn't that strange?
Isn't it kind of a weird message?

And of course I feel GUILTY because I feel like I should thank whoever it is from.
AND the longer I go without thanking them the WEIRDER it gets!
I might have to try and at least investigate this further.
What do y'all think???
I do have to admit it's kind of nice having a secret admirer...
